If there is a tumor in the inner part of the kidney, it means that it will recur to a great extent in the urinary bladder. Therefore, in these cases, we also evaluate the urinary bladder. If there is no problem in the urinary bladder, the treatment is again by laparoscopic surgery; The kidney is in the form of a comprehensive surgery by removing the entire urinary tract and a part of the urinary bladder where the kidney opens. Afterwards, we check the bladder at regular intervals with the possibility of recurrence (recurrence) in the bladder. Smoking is an important risk factor, especially for intrarenal tumors. If it is a tumor that has not attacked the capsule of the kidney and its surroundings in the pathology report, this treatment ends at a rate of almost 90%. In these cases, immunotherapy is applied and chemotherapy or radiotherapy is not included in the treatment of these tumors.
